Provided that you are resident in Alberta, you will not be charged for any Health Services consultations with Health Service Providers that are reimbursed by Alberta Healthcare insurance plans ("Alberta Insured Health Services").

No Recordings

Our AV Appointments are NOT recorded. Your Health Services Provider will take notes during the AV Appointments, consistent with what would take place in an in-clinic appointment.

How Do I Access Or Request A Copy Of My Health Records?

Patients have access to limited amounts of their own information using the On-Line Doctor.ca Patient Portal. Otherwise, only your healthcare provider and their staff have access to your health information. While you are actively receiving care, you should ask your healthcare provider for information that you want to know about your diagnosis and treatment. Contact your healthcare provider to request access to your health information.

Retention And Destruction Of Your Personal Information
